We participate with NC BCBS (all products INCLUDING BLUE VALUE EXCEPT BLUE LOCAL), First Carolina Care, Aetna, Medcost, United Health Care, Cigna, Tricare Standard, Wellpath/Coventry, MultiPlan, Humana, Healthgram, Assurant, ChoiceCare, NC HealthChoice, and NC Medicaid.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to participate with Tricare Prime due to Tricare's service areas or Blue Local due to not being affiliated with Carolinas Healthcare System.

NC now allows online application for benefits including Medicaid, NC Health Choice and Food stamp. Please complete the ePASS application and then you can complete the rest of the interview by phone if you wish.
